Implement Plan

This critical phase brings the plan into action. It involves the practical implementation of the strategies developed in the previous phase, marking the beginning of tangible changes and developments in the project.

Phase 05.

Review & Validate the Project

Upon reaching significant milestones, we engage in a thorough review with all stakeholders, including the client, to assess the progress and effectiveness of the implementation. This stage is crucial for ensuring that the project aligns with the client’s expectations and goals. **Project management and tracking tools are employed throughout the phases–tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace or MS 365 products.

Phase 06.

Finalize.

The final phase is reached only after a successful review and validation. Here, all parties involved sign off on the project, confirming that every stage has satisfactorily met the initial goals set out in Phase One.
